Terms and Conditions for Step Into Tranquility's Virtual Mini Retreat

Welcome to Step Into Tranquility's Virtual Mini Retreat (the "Retreat"). By signing up for and participating in the Retreat, you ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Service Description
The Virtual Mini Retreat is a free, 5-day online event focused on stress reduction and mindfulness. It consists of a series of pre-recorded videos, presentations, and PDFs hosted through the third-party community app, heartbeat.chat. To participate, Users must sign up on virtualminiretreat.com and will be redirected to heartbeat.chat to access the materials.
Current Event: The Retreat is currently offered at no cost as a pilot program.
Future Events: Step Into Tranquility reserves the right to introduce fees for future events. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance.
2. User Registration
To join the Retreat, Users must register on virtualminiretreat.com by providing:
Full name
Email address
Optional: Phone number
Users may also need to create or provide credentials for heartbeat.chat. By registering, you agree to submit accurate and complete information.
3. Community App Usage (heartbeat.chat)
The Retreat materials are hosted on heartbeat.chat, a third-party platform. By participating, Users agree to:
Comply with heartbeat.chat’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Understand that Step Into Tranquility is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or security of heartbeat.chat.
Users must follow both these Terms and heartbeat.chat’s terms while accessing the Retreat.
4. User Conduct
Participants are expected to:
Treat others with respect, including fellow participants and facilitators.
Refrain from harassment, bullying, or sharing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
Avoid disclosing sensitive or confidential information during the Retreat.
Non-compliance may lead to removal from the Retreat or heartbeat.chat.
5. Privacy and Data Handling
Step Into Tranquility collects the following data during registration:

This data is used exclusively for:
Delivering the Retreat service.
Communicating about future events.

6. Intellectual Property
All Retreat content, including videos, presentations, PDFs, text, images, and audio, is owned by Step Into Tranquility or its licensors and protected by copyright laws. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes during the Retreat. Users may not:

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Retreat is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Step Into Tranquility does not guarantee:
Uninterrupted access to the Retreat or heartbeat.chat.
The accuracy or completeness of the content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Step Into Tranquility is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Use of the Retreat or heartbeat.chat.
Technical issues or interruptions.

8. Termination of Access
Step Into Tranquility may terminate or suspend your access to the Retreat at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms or disruptive behavior. You may also discontinue participation by ceasing to use the service. Upon termination, your access to the Retreat and related materials will end.
9. Changes to Terms
